Anchor Anti-Vibration Pads offers an ideal solution. Made from a combination of high quality rubber polymers and cork, this ideal combination ends up to make up a product that has excellent resistance to ageing, compression set, water and oil. The unique cellular structure of cork (a cu. cm. of cork is said to contain nearly 45 mn cells) filled up with tiny air pockets absorbs the vibration caused by the equipment.

Anchor Anti-Vibration Pads are available in various options of solid cross-ribbed design and with variety of thickness of cork centers. The standard cork centers have a thickness of either 10 mm (3/8) or 38 mm (1.5). With a special ribbed design of alternate heights, additional vibration isolation is achieved. Slabs are also available of Cork and Rubber independently.
Rubber Cork Anti Vibro pads are available in sizes of 458 mm x 458 mm (18 x 18) with a thickness of 22 mm (7/8). Smaller size pads such as 75 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm square are also available. Cork center thickness can be varied as per customer specifications.
Solid Cork Slabs of standard dimensions of 600 x 900 mm are also available in a variety of thickness such as 25 mm, 38 mm , 50 mm ,75 mm, 100 mm. Thickness and Densities can be varied as per customer specifications.
Anti Vibration Pads made from a combination of layers of Rubber + Cork are an ideal vibration isolation solution. These pads are made from high quality rubber polyme and virgin natural cork. These ideal combination of material ends up to make a product having excellent resistance to ageing compression set, water and oil. The ribbed design has alternate heights to minimise slip and to offer additional vibration isolation under both high and low weight loads. Usage of natural virgin cork ensures that the resiliency is excellent and provides the ideal solution to solving vibration absorption solutions in a vast array of Industries. The ideal load beating capacity is 2.5 kg/cm2, but it can be used upto loads of upto 3.5 kg/cm2.

These pads are made with a Cork thickness of 9.6 mm (3/8"). Other options by altering cork thicknesses are of 25 mm and 50 mm pads. Other Anti Vibration solutions in Pure Cork and Pure rubber also available. Higher thicknesses are suggested in cases of high impact equipment like power presses Manufactured by India's leading manufacturer of Plain and Rubberised Cork products.
Installation Guidelines Loading should not exceed 3.5 kg/cm2 (50 psi) Allow at least 12 mm (1/2") overlap all around.
Impact machines such as power presses of drop hammers will need a lesser loading capacity, Increasing pad thickness will proportionately increase load bearing capacity.
